No Bake Cheesecake Dip

Your favorite Valentine’s dessert turned into a high-protein, lower-calorie dip! This dip is super easy to whip together and has added protein from the cottage cheese and greek yogurt. Choose your favorite low-calorie, high fiber dippers like strawberries, apples, or grapes to round out this snack!

Makes 12 servings

Prep Time: 10 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups low-fat cottage cheese

  • 1 cup low-fat plain greek yogurt

  • 1 - 30 ml package Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 - 250 ml container lite non-dairy whipped topping

  • Pretzel Thins

Directions

  1. Add cottage cheese, greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and pudding mix into a food processor. Blend until very smooth.
  2. Transfer to a separate bowl. Fold in container of whipped topping. Refrigerate until ready to serve!
